COPIER WARRANTY
30-Day Warranty – Copiers Online offers full warranty coverage which will start on the date the machine is received by the customer. If there is an issue on arrival such as missing or broken parts, damage upon shipping / delivery, poor copy quality ,etc. . Copiers Online will take full responsibilityand will cover cost of repair and labor.
1-year extended warranty – Included on all machines and covered in cost of machine.This includes all non-consumable and non-wearing parts such as boards, motors, etc.
CONDITIONS
- The copier must be plugged into a surge protector that is properly sized to support the power requirements as stated in the service brochure.
- The warranty does not cover damages resulting from the buyer moving the copier. We recommend you move the copier with a certified technician.
- The warranty does not cover service issues that are a result of customer abuse or misuse.
- Parts that are replaced will be sent out standard courier. The customer may pay the price difference to have parts sent out next day or second day air.
